Turtle Beach headsets aren’t your average gaming headset. If you own one of these headsets then you are an elite gamer who focuses on every detail in your gaming experience. A shot could be fired from miles away in a shooter you love to play and the Turtle Beach headphones you own will pick up that shot from its exact location. It is this 5.1 Surround Sound quality that has allowed for Turtle Beach to become the key developer of video game headsets in the industry.
Turtle Beach has revealed their second quarter financial results for 2012. A total of $60.6 Million was earned in revenue for the first six months of 2014 which is a twelve percent increase compared to the $54.1 Million they earned in the first six months of 2013.
This shows that Turtle Beaches are only becoming more popular with each passing year.
Juergen Stark, the Turtle Beach Chief Executive Officer said the following. “We made solid progress during the second quarter to position our business for the holiday season and longer-term success. At the E3 tradeshow in June, we unveiled new feature-rich gaming headsets for Xbox One and Playstation®4 that showcase our commitment to enhancing the consumer audio experience and distinguish Turtle Beach as a category-leading innovator. The limited number of multiplayer video game launches for next-generation consoles, we believe expansion of our product portfolio, growing consumer demand for the Xbox One and PlayStation®4, and the launch of a dozen new AAA multiplayer video game titles in the third and fourth quarter will fuel accelerated growth of our headset business in the second half of the year.
